Learning to ride a bike is truly a milestone in a child’s life,
one that adds joy and increases self-confidence.

For some children, this achievement is made more difficult, if not impossible, because of a disability. Children with special needs have the desire to learn to ride, but many need specialized help.

Our iCan Bike Camp is a national program that utilizes highly trained coaches and technicians, uniquely adaptive equipment, a proven methodology and many volunteers to assist each child as they learn to ride a traditional bike.

Does it work? Parents, teachers and therapists describe our results as miraculous. Many of our
riders have tried for years to learn
to ride a bike without success. In one week approximately 80% of riders will learn to independently ride a conventional two-wheel bicycle. The remaining 20% make tremendous progress towards that goal.
